Opal booking alerts. Opal, LLC sends transactional text messages to salon and small-business owners who use our appointment booking software, to tell them about new, changed or cancelled appointments and link them to the booking in their admin dashboard. No marketing messages are sent.

How you opt in

A business owner opts in inside their password-protected admin dashboard (Settings › Appointment SMS) by entering their mobile number and turning on owner SMS alerts. Opting in is not required to use the booking software. See the opt-in form.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with the number of bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages unless you opt in again.

You can also turn off owner SMS alerts in your admin settings at any time.
