Is OpsMicro a replacement for my existing website?
No. Booking can be linked from the website you already have, your Google Business Profile, and social pages. If you’d like a new site, an OpalTechLab-managed website can include it.
Do I need to change my booking or POS software?
OpsMicro includes its own online booking. If your current booking tool works well, we’ll talk about whether OpsMicro adds enough to be worth switching. It does not connect to point-of-sale systems or take payments, so you keep taking payment the way you do now.
Can OpsMicro work with my current tools?
Sometimes. We review your tools first. A connection needs the other tool to offer a supported way to connect and your permission to access it. If a connection isn’t possible or worth the cost, we’ll tell you before quoting.
Is this an AI chatbot?
No. OpsMicro is booking, owner alerts, customer records, reports, and the automations we agree with you. It does not chat with customers or answer calls. Where an AI-assisted step would help with a defined task, it is scoped separately and includes human review.
Who sets everything up?
We do. Opal configures your services, hours, and agreed workflows, tests them with you, and shows you how to use them. Support after launch is set out in your agreement.
What happens if I need additional features?
Tell us what you need. We’ll explain whether it fits OpsMicro, needs custom work, or isn’t something we can do well, and quote any additions before work starts.
Are text messages and third-party integrations included?
Not automatically. Text messages are in pilot and need a messaging provider, sender registration, and each customer’s permission; provider usage fees are separate. Integrations are quoted individually, and any third-party subscriptions are paid directly to that provider.
