Before we begin

What we need from you.

Your business details, supplied text and photos, preferred services, and authorized access to the relevant accounts. Keep account ownership in your business’s name.

How we agree the work is complete.

We check the agreed deliverables together: page content and mobile layout, working contact links, or a tested booking and cancellation. You receive handover instructions.

We confirm price, timing, third-party costs, and any ongoing support before starting. Additional features require a separate quote.

What ongoing care covers

Hosting, software updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and the monthly change allowance listed in your plan. Hosting arrangements, reminder providers, and any additional provider costs are confirmed in your written scope.

Appointment requests require your confirmation; they are different from real-time bookings with available time slots.

Additional changes: $60/hour, agreed in advance. Google Business Profile setup assistance: $199. Google’s profile is free; the fee is for our assistance. Logo design is quoted separately.

Costs, ownership, and handover

50% of the setup fee to start, 50% at launch. Monthly service starts at launch. Cancel with 30 days’ notice. Annual payment includes two months free on the monthly service fee.

Your domain renewal is separate and billed at cost; the actual renewal price is confirmed before purchase. You own your domain, business profile, and supplied text, photos, and customer data.

If you leave, we hand over those assets within 14 days. Website source-code rights, third-party licenses, and migration work are specified in your agreement rather than assumed to be included.

How we work

Clear steps, from scope to handover.

  1. Tell us what you need

Share the task, your current tools, and what a useful result would look like.

  2. Agree on scope and price

We confirm deliverables, costs, timing, and what we need from you before work begins.

  3. Build, check, and hand over

Review the work against the agreed scope and receive the instructions you need to use it.
