How we agree the work is complete.
After an initial discussion, we agree discovery where needed, deliverables, milestones, acceptance checks, ownership, and support in writing. Custom projects are quoted individually and are not included in starter package prices.
We confirm price, timing, third-party costs, and any ongoing support before starting. Additional features require a separate quote.
