Are starter packages monthly subscriptions?
No. Starter packages are one-time projects. Any required third-party subscriptions, domain, or hosting costs are separate and agreed first. Managed websites are a different service with setup and monthly fees.
What does “starting at” include?
The listed base scope can be delivered at the displayed starting price. If you need more staff calendars, extra website sections, or another report, we quote those additions separately before work begins.
Can you work with the tools I already use?
We begin by reviewing your existing tools and the task you want to improve. We confirm access, compatibility, and any software costs before agreeing to the work.
What do I need to provide?
Business details, relevant content, and access to the accounts needed for the agreed work. For automation, representative sample data and the desired output help define the scope. Do not send passwords or sensitive data through the inquiry form.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on scope, access, content readiness, and current availability. We agree on a delivery schedule before work starts rather than promising a date before reviewing your project.
Can you handle a larger custom project?

How we handle your inquiry
We use the information you share to review and respond to your project. It is not a newsletter signup. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer data.
When the online inquiry form is available, submissions are stored privately on our server and sent to our business inbox. A session cookie and temporary protected network identifiers help prevent abuse. Server copies of successfully emailed inquiries are eligible for removal after 30 days; messages awaiting delivery are retained until resolved.
