Opal booking alerts go only to business owners and managers who use Opal's appointment booking software. They opt in inside their password-protected admin dashboard, so this page shows that form.

Where the owner opts in

Admin dashboard › Settings › Appointment SMS. The owner enters their own mobile number and turns on Owner SMS alerts. The switch is off by default, and no texts are sent until the owner turns it on and saves.

By turning this on, you agree to receive booking alert texts from Opal at the owner / manager notification phone above. Message frequency varies with bookings. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Not required to use the booking system. Privacy · SMS terms
